We stayed in this hotel for a few hours and our experience was not very good. We booked a family room which consists of two beds for four people. The rooms were not equipped with a water heater and we had to ask every time we require hot water. Also, they just provided 1 bucket of hot water for two people. The staffs in the hotel were not very cordial or jovial. The breakfast served to us was the only good thing we enjoyed.

NOT WORTH IN WINTER

This hotel is not worth for winter season. They are not able to provide hot water in bathroom as they have solar heater for water heating. Solar heater will not work efficiently in winter season. We had to remain without bathing for three days as there was no hot water & they have no other back up for the same. Also they have no room heaters with them. I asked for a room heater but they told me that they are not having the same with them. When we reached Katra there was heavy rain. When we came back from darshan whole room was filled with rain water. Two stars for good tea and food.

House keeping was good and flexible staff service and food was good. No problem in checkout Affordable at medium price value Good transportation and near to station and vesno mata darshan . Market area was near 100 meter good view

This hotel is on railway road near to helipad and far from market. The property is big and offers clean and big rooms. However, the staff is slow. We had to wait at reception for check into room. We reached at around 3:00 PM, but still the rooms were not ready. The bathroom had water logging problem. Food was good. Parking space is good enough for 10-15 cars. Lift is available in the hotel. They offer free drop at helipad. I had to wait for 2 hour to get the cab for helipad which was in-ordinate delay. Although the rain added to this delay. The hotel offers good views
